The Arduino Board Mission
Mission: To create a display that will please our alien overlords.
Plan: Design a light system to sync to any music and to create some out of this world slaps.
Plan: Design a light system to sync to any music and to create some out of this world slaps.
Step one: Doing research(content)
Before our group could launch into our mission we had to understand what the robots liked and how they worked. We broke down their life source and functions into a simple 3 units, resistance, current, and voltage. Beginning with voltage we identified it as the push or drop of electricity. The current is known as the flow of electricity. The final unit is the amount of resistance in a circuit or how much that the current is slowed. We also discovered a system called a circuit, a circuit is a closed loop made of a conductive material.
Step two: Setting up the stage
We discovered that robots love performances on Arduino boards. We first set up our board with 7 lights on one side and one buzzer on the other. We put resistors on every light and set them up to different ports.
Step three: Coding
While I made the code for our board I started with the code to make the buzzer work and play songs. I then set up the ports and linked notes to lights using if then statements. Then I created the song can can and the song despacito.

Reflection
During this project I think I took a very strong lead. I completed the majority of the assignments with a hands on mentality. I overcame issues and frustrations in coding and eventually began to understand it. One thing I could have worked on was letting my teammates develope to earn instead of doing it for them when i noticed their short comings.
